Nick Cannon is on the mend, according to wife Mariah Carey.
After being hospitalized for mild kidney failure, the superstar singer says her 31-year-old husband's health is greatly improving.

"Nick is in stable condition with a good prognosis, hopefully he'll be discharged within 2 days," Mariah Tweeted on Friday, adding, "As always he's laughing and in good spirits."
Mariah also Tweeted a photo of herself holding a bouquet of "Get Well Soon" balloons while kissing Nick on the cheek in his hospital bed, with the caption, "Thank you everyone for your love & concern."

The good news comes just two days after Mariah revealed the "America's Got Talent" host was still experiencing discomfort in the hospital.
"The situation is not easy," she told People. "[He is] in a lot of pain... we are hopeful that he'll be 100 percent as soon as possible."
Adding, "We really appreciate everybody's love and support."
